RBT | Santa Clara, CA Bilingual

Are you a dedicated Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to make a difference in the lives of students in the Santa Clara, CA area? We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, 1:1 position available under the direction of School Psychologists. In this role, you will work at multiple school sites on a rotation schedule, providing behavioral support to students. While bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, they are not required. Previous RBT experience is strongly recommended, as the candidate will be responsible for collecting data on student behavior as part of their assessment process. Supervision will also be provided to support your professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Work with students on a 1:1 basis, providing behavioral intervention and support.
• Under the direction of School Psychologists, implement behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on student behavior as part of the assessment process.
• Collaborate with school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide support in multiple school sites on a rotation schedule.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
• Previous RBT experience is strongly recommended.
• Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dedication to making a positive impact on students' lives.

Supervision:

Supervision will be provided to support your professional development as an RBT.
